Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

How do I return an item?

• Tell us about your return with your order number through our contact form or other contact channels.
• Send the product unused, unwashed and with its labels attached, together with its invoice.
• Shipping with the contracted carrier code we send you is free of charge.

Refund

Once the returned product reaches us and has been checked, your payment is refunded to the method you paid with (card or IBAN) within 14 days at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchange

The fastest way to change a size is to return the product and order the new size.

Exceptions

Products made to order or personalised for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
