Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

Seller:

Buyer: The person whose name, address and contact details are given in the order form.

2. Subject

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products the Buyer orders electronically on the Seller's website.

3. Product, price and payment

The type, quantity, colour and size of the products, the sale price including VAT, the shipping fee and the payment method are as shown in the order summary and on the order confirmation page.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by carrier to the address given by the Buyer within 30 days of payment confirmation at the latest (usually within 1-3 business days). The delivery fee is shown in the order summary.

For deliveries outside Turkey the sale is an export (micro export) without Turkish VAT; the price is charged in Turkish lira and amounts in other currencies are for information only. Import duties, taxes and fees of the destination country are paid by the Buyer; the international delivery time is shown in the order summary and may be longer because of customs clearance.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice is sent to the Seller's contact addresses in writing or on a durable medium. The Seller refunds the total amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

6. Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared according to the Buyer's wishes or personal needs.

7. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this contract and the Pre-Information Form. The contract enters into force when the order is confirmed.
