Orders & shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. When it ships, we email you the tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
Do you ship outside Turkey?
Yes. We ship to the Gulf countries, Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Russia and many other countries. Choose your country at the top of the page: prices are shown without Turkish VAT (export) and approximately in your currency; you are charged in Turkish lira. Shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout. Any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
How do returns from abroad work?
Write to us with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will tell you the return address and method. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Contact →

Can I cancel my order?
If you write to us with your order number through the contact form before your order ships, we will cancel it. For orders already shipped you can use the return process. Contact →

Yes, if you contact us before the order ships, we can update your delivery address.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer (Havale/EFT).
Are my card details safe?
Yes. Payment is made with 3D Secure on the secure page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Your card details never reach our site and are never stored.
I paid by bank transfer — when will my order be confirmed?
As soon as the payment reaches our account (usually the same business day) your order is confirmed and we send you an email. Don't forget to write your order number as the payment reference. Orders not paid within 3 business days are cancelled automatically.
How do I use a discount coupon?
On the checkout page, enter the code in the "Discount coupon" field of the order summary and press "Apply". The discount is taken off the total.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued for every order and sent with your parcel or by email.

Which size should I choose?
Our oversize fits are roomier than usual. For the full oversize look choose your usual size; for a slimmer look choose one size smaller. See our size chart for measurements. Size Chart →
Which sizes are available?
We make our products in a wide range from XS to 6XL. The sizes in stock are shown on each product page.
How should I wash printed items?
To keep the print looking good, wash the garment inside out at 30°C, do not iron over the print and avoid the tumble dryer.
Are these the same products as in your Trendyol store?
Yes, they are the same products — on our own site you buy the same quality directly from us.
Returns & exchanges
How many days do I have to return an item?
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Returns & Exchanges →
When will I get my money back?
After the product reaches us and has been checked, we refund the payment to the method you used within 14 days at the latest. It may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for another size?
The fastest way is to return the product and order the new size. You can also write to us through the contact form and we will help you.
