Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), KAMİL FAZILOĞLU (Soothing Space), as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed

  • Identity and contact: full name, email, phone, delivery address
  • Customer transaction: order contents, order note, order and payment status
  • Transaction security: IP address, transaction logs
  • Marketing (only if you accept cookies): cookie and advertising measurement data

We never see or store your card details; payment takes place on the secure page of the licensed payment institution iyzico.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed to conclude and perform the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), to fulfil our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç; invoicing, tax law), for our legitimate interests (art. 5/2-f; fraud prevention, information security) and, for marketing cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent (art. 5/1).

Transfers

Your data is shared only as far as needed to fulfil your order: with the carrier, the payment institution (iyzico), our accounting/e-invoice provider and authorised public authorities. If you accept marketing cookies, measurement data (encrypted/hashed) may be shared with Meta Platforms.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by law (10 years); other data is kept as long as the purpose requires and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, to know the third parties it was shared with, to object and to claim compensation.
